Barcelona-based TVERSKY (Alan Imar and Xavier Paradis) are a cosmic electrofunk duo that blend classic disco funk sounds with electronic dance music.

Although Faking Funk, TVERSKY’s latest three-song EP (out via Foehn Records & Burger Records), has a clear touch of funk, it really isn’t funk. It’s a well-built and danceable fit of nostalgia, an elegant and colourful connivance between Xavier’s mathematical and calculating approach and Alan’s more melodic and emotional vision. The second piece of the Barcelona-based duo polishes their approach to organic electronic music and opens the door to an international projection that seems unrelenting.
